Ember North builds custom-coded websites for Calgary small businesses and contractors, at a flat build price, with no lock-in. Every project is a direct engagement. You talk to the person writing your code, not an account manager relaying messages.
How this works differently
Most agencies bundle the build into a monthly retainer and keep control of your domain, your files, and your code. Ember North doesn't work that way. The build is a flat, one-time fee: $499 for a Starter site, $899 for Established, from $1,500 for custom work. Managed hosting is optional at $59/month, and cancelling it costs nothing and changes nothing about what you own.
At launch, you get the full codebase, repo access, and all files. If you ever want to move it, hand it to another developer, or just let it run on its own hosting. You can. No exit fee. No runaround. That commitment is structural, not a policy that can change.
No office, no account managers, no sales team, no agency overhead. You deal directly with the person building your site. That's the whole explanation for why the price is what it is.
